Like so many things in my beauty journey, it all started with my mom. My Georgia peach of a mother was completely captivated by Color Me Beautiful—as were so many women in the '80s. She matched her wardrobe and makeup meticulously to her seasonal palette. And while the trend eventually faded, I never stopped thinking about it.

That early influence planted a seed—a deep fascination with how the right colors can bring out your natural beauty instead of working against it. Of course, it took me a few years (and more than a few shades of blonde) to figure out my own best aesthetic.

After more than two decades as a professional makeup artist, I’ve helped countless people find their glow. I’ve seen how transformative the right tones can be—in makeup, in fashion, in hair. Now, I’m channeling that experience into something new: SZN. It’s a fresh, modern take on seasonal color analysis.
